Club Sportiv Whooooo Istru, registration number 17304/A/2002, with registered office at Strada Baba Novac 27, 400531 Cluj-Napoca, Romania, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our membership records.

What we collect
Registration data (name, age group, contact details, preferred sport), guardian contact details for minors, medical fitness declarations required for competition, attendance records, and website contact-form submissions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Legal basis
We process membership data on the basis of contract (club membership), legal obligation (sports federation and safety requirements) and, for photographs and newsletters, explicit consent that may be withdrawn at any time.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the relevant sports federations for competition licensing, with medical staff during events, and with public authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Membership records are kept for the duration of membership plus five years for accounting and federation purposes. Contact-form messages are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Romanian Law 190/2018 you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to delsie-bernardfdag@gmx.com. You may also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority.
Photographs of minors
Images of children are published only where a parent or guardian has given separate written consent, and consent can be withdrawn with images removed within seven days.
