Membership
Membership runs for one sporting season, September to July, and requires a completed registration form, a valid medical fitness certificate and payment of the seasonal fee unless a scholarship place has been granted.

Fees and refunds
Fees are payable monthly or per season. Where a member withdraws for medical reasons, unused months are refunded on request. Scholarship places carry no fee and no obligation.
Conduct
Members, parents and spectators are required to follow the Fair Play Policy. Abusive behaviour towards athletes, coaches or officials results in suspension and, in serious cases, exclusion decided by the club board.
Health and safety
Members must declare any medical condition affecting participation. The club carries accident insurance for training and official competitions but is not liable for pre-existing conditions undeclared at registration.
Website use
Website content is provided for information. Registration and contact forms may not be used for commercial solicitation. We may suspend access in case of abuse of the forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca.
