The welfare of every child in our care is the club's first priority, ahead of results, reputation or convenience. This policy applies to all coaches, volunteers, board members, parents and athletes.

Vetting and training
Every adult working with minors provides a criminal record certificate before their first session, completes safeguarding induction and holds a valid first-aid qualification renewed every three years.
Supervision rules
No adult trains alone with a single child. Changing rooms are supervised by two adults of the appropriate gender. Transport of children by coaches requires written parental consent and a second adult present.
Reporting
Any concern — however small — is reported to the Safeguarding Lead, Elena Barbu, on the same day. Concerns involving suspected abuse are referred to DGASPC Cluj and, where relevant, to the police. No internal investigation replaces a statutory referral.
Fair play code
Athletes shake hands before and after every fixture, accept officials' decisions without protest, and never celebrate an opponent's injury. Coaches do not dispute decisions from the sideline. Parents support all children on the field, not only their own.
Anti-doping and health
The club follows the Romanian National Anti-Doping Agency framework. No supplement is ever recommended to a minor by club staff. Weight-based selection or restriction is prohibited in all age groups.
